Welcome to my point of consciousness.
I'm Elcin, the founder and powerful, loving voice behind Integral Quest, representing one journey we all share regardless which paths we take. I'm so grateful you are here.
I work as a Life Cartographer and choose to define myself in a way that is not limited by conventional titles and labels (head to the bottom of the page for more of my temporal identities if that's what you're interested in).
To better represent the breadth, depth, and vastness of who I am and who I'm becoming, I'll share with you what's in my heart. What matters most to me is:
- How I choose to move through life
- The virtues I choose to embody
- What I hold onto and what I let go of in order to breathe life into my vision of an ideal world.
I've developed a concept of relating that I call '3 Pins' which stand for Purpose, Power, and Pleasure. It allows us to triangulate our current position on what I call the Dynamic Atlas. I see it as spiritual-'share my location' technology which helps us signal to ourselves and others that we want to create more experiences of honest, loving, connections with the kind of depth of understanding our hearts long for.

Elcin Ozbay
A multipotentialite, life-long learner, and just a holon. Elcin's work background spans various industries with over a decade of studies in personal and human development and transformation. She's a Certified Heroic Performance Coach, Integrative NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, Heroic Founding Member, and Early Stage Investor in Heroic PBC.
Her academic studies and Bachelor degree are in Advertising & Public Relations and Marketing. She keeps her interests as diverse as her microbiome, her questions as deep as taproots, and her virtues embodied like an exemplar. You can find her in nature leading local foraging walks, dancing to the rhythms of life, and on the ground next to you with hands in the soil when it's time to dig deep.
She founded Integral Quest after discovering the points of convergence between heart-centered wisdom, the hero's journey, and integral theory. Elcin is a mother to 1 preteen and she is currently designing a unique guidance system and multi-dimensional map to create refreshing curriculum for self-agency, responsible leadership, and holistic healing. She currently coaches privately 1:1 with individuals interested in developing themselves as a Wholehearted Visionary, becoming Future-Fit Influencers, and flourishing.
